I started Grow My Business recognizing that small local businesses need the same support and resources that global businesses do.
While mentoring startup companies, as well as working on larger global businesses, I clearly saw that they all have the same basic problems
I help small business solve these problems by offering affordable, practical strategies, action plans, tools and ongoing support. It starts simply with a coffee and could change your business forever. I look forward to talking to you about your business.

I have extensive experience in general operational management for small to medium businesses with a strong sales background and have a passion for helping new businesses evolve and grow. I bring a strategic, practical perspective to daily processes focusing on growth and profit.
My strengths are in sales, operations, business strategy and generally getting the best out of people and the businesses I work with. I have great energy and enjoy seeing the results I can make to a company's bottom line.
I have a strong interest in social enterprise and have always held active roles within community, sports, school and church groups. My belief is that to see change you need to be part of making it happen.
